Gelasine elongata Herb.

Stem branched, to 50 cm. Perianth blue-violet with darker spots at the edge of a cream-yellow cup. Outer segments ovate, inner narrower, oblong; spring. Stamens short, erect, close together, concealing style. Syn. G. azurea Herb; G. coerulea (Vell.) Ravenna.
