Cushion Fan-flower

Spreading shrub to 1.5 m tall and 3 m wide. Leaves ovate to orbicular, 2-7 cm long, 0.5-4 cm wide, toothed, thick and fleshy. Flower clusters in terminal spikes; spring to early summer. Corolla about 1 cm long, white, blue or pale purple.
