Verticordia plumosa (Desf.) Druce

Erect shrub to 1 m tall. Leaves to 1.5 cm long, crowded, nearly cylindrical. Flowers in dense clusters, 8-9 mm wide, pink or white; spring. Floral tube about 2 mm long, not ribbed but covered with hair. Sepals divided into 5-7 linear lobes. Petals 3-3.5 mm long, entire. Ovules 4.
