Trailing or climbing shrub. Prickles curved. Leaflets 5-9, elliptic to almost round, hairless above and mostly below, except sometimes on midrib, teeth simple; stipules broad. Flowers in clusters, single, white, fragrant; summer. Styles united and protruding. Fruit 1-1.5 cm wide, red.
