Pink Swamp Heath

Erect shrub to about 2 m tall. Leaves to 1 cm long and 0.5 cm wide, base stem-clasping tip ovate, pointed. Flowers in spikes; spring and summer. Floral tube about 1 mm long. Fruit to 2.5 cm long, 2 cm wide.

SA, NSW, Vic, Tas

Grows naturally on sand in swamps and swampy heathland.

Flowers pink, tube c. 0.8-1 2 mm long.
