Burning Bush

Densely foliaged rounded to conical annual to over 1 m tall. Leaves alternate to about 5 cm long, 3-veined, flat, linear to lanceolate, colouring reddish purple in autumn (hence common name).

Eurasia

Used as an ornamental annual bedding plant for the attractive foliage.

Seed.

Compact, rounded, densely foliaged annual with more or less linear leaves.
