Mammillaria tegelbergiana G.E.Linds.

Solitary or occasionally clustering, body elongate, to 6 cm wide and 9 cm high. Tubercles obscure, conical. Axils white woolly. Central spines 4(-6), 3-7 mm long, white to pale yellow, tips brown. Radial spines 18-24, 2-4 mm long, white. Flowers purplish-pink, 1.4 cm long. Fruit red.
