Rhizome erect; scales at tip narrowly triangular, dark brown, fringed. Fronds to 70 cm long and 3-4 cm wide in clusters. Blade without teeth and strap-like with wavy margins, midrib rounded below. Sori long in the upper and more or less central region of the blade.
Needs shelter and warmth.
