Mammilloydia candida

Solitary or eventually clustering, body globular or elongate at maturity 6-12 cm wide, crown distinctly depressed or flat. Axils with 4-7 white bristles. 6-12 pinkish white central spines 5-9 mm long, 50 white spreading radial spines. Flowers pink with white margins to 20 mm long. Fruit pink.

Readily distinguished by the white body and globular, flattened crown.
