Globba winitii C.H. Wright

Herb to abut 60 cm or more tall. Leaves oblong-lanceolate, cordate at the base, waxy blue below. Flower clusters pendulous, to about 15 cm long with purplish ovate bracts to about 3 cm long and bent back, each bract with 5-7 flowers. Flowers with corolla yellow, the lip and sterile stamens orange-yellow, anther with 2 spurs. Ovary hairless.
