Perennial herb from a bulb. Leaves waxy blue, margins undulate. Inflorescence stout, to 2.5 m. Flowers numerous, erect or spreading, to 2.5 cm wide; spring. Tepals often recurved, white with a green to purple stripe. Grown as an ornamental bulb in full sun on well-drained soil.
