Perennial herb to about 70 cm. Leaves several, basal, linear. Inflorescence several-flowered. Flowers funnel-shaped, erect to spreading; individual flower stalks shorter than to longer than flower length; summer. Tepals to 18 mm long, white or rarely blue; tube shorter than lobes. Stamens 6.
