Proiphys cunninghamii (Lindl.) Mabb.

Perennial herb with bulb to 5 cm wide. Leaves several, blades ovate, 10-25 cm long, 8-12 cm wide, base rounded to cordate; stalk to 25 cm long. Flowers on stalks to 80 cm tall in umbels of 5-12 flowers; bracts 2 or 3. Perianth tube to about 1.5 cm long, white, lobes and corona to 2 cm long; late spring to early summer. Fruit to 2 cm wide. [Eurycles cunninghamii Lindl.]
