Tritonia securigera (Aiton) Ker Gawl.

Stem 25-30 cm, simple or 1 branched. Leaves to 25 cm long. Spike loose, horizontal, with 5-12 flowers; spring. Perianth funnel-shaped; tube 10-20 cm long, yellow; segments 22-30 mm long, red to pale orange, the lower 3 smaller with sharp raised yellow calli. Stamens arched above style.
