Leaves grey-green, to 1 m long, 5 cm wide. Stem 1-1.7 m tall, much-branched. Flowers white, lasting 1 day; outer perianth segments 4.5-5 cm long, sometimes with an orange hairless signal patch; late spring to summer. Style branches about 1 cm long.
