Zygopetalum crinitum Lodd.

Medium sized epiphyte. Pseudobulbs ovoid to oblong, to 7 cm long, grooved, clustered. Leaves 3?5, lanceolate to narrow-lanceolate, to 40 cm long, to 5 cm wide, shiny green. Flowers 3-7, to 9 cm wide, strongly fragrant; winter. Sepals and petals similar, oblong, spreading, green or yellowish with brown streaks or blotches. Labellum obscurely 3-lobed, midlobe broad-obovate, slightly notched, white with red or purple veins, callus small, horseshoe-shaped.
