Slender terrestrial to 30 cm tall. Leaves 5?12, ovate, to 2.5 cm long, to 1.5 cm wide, in a basal rosette encircling flower stalk. Flowers 3?24, to 8 mm long, green and white; spring. Dorsal sepal without a slender point. Lateral sepals pointing down, almost round, joined for nearly entire length, concave. Labellum oblong to almost round, glabrous, with a forward-pointing, black-tipped, pointed, basal appendage.
