Slender terrestrial to 25 cm tall. Leaves 5?12, ovate, to 2.5 cm long, to 1.2 cm wide, in a basal rosette encircling flower stalk. Flowers 4?10, to 6 mm long, green and white; spring. Dorsal sepal without a slender point. Lateral sepals pointing down, almost round, joined for nearly entire length, concave. Labellum almost rectangular, glabrous, with an erect, blackish, blunt, 3-ridged, basal appendage.
