Prasophyllum parvifolium Lindl.

Autumn Leek Orchid

Slender terrestrial to 40 cm tall. Leaf lamina to 10 cm long, to 4 mm wide. Flowers few-many, to 1 cm long, green, sometimes with reddish veins; autumn to spring. Sepals lanceolate, laterals pouched at base. Petals narrower and shorter than sepals. Labellum entire, lanceolate, callus ending at middle, white.

Difficult to grow.

W Australia.

P. australe R. Br.,Austral Leek Orchid, is available but difficult to flower.
