Miltonia regnelli Rchb.f.

Robust epiphyte or epilith. Pseudobulbs oblong, to 9 cm long, compressed. Leaves 2, strap-like, to 30 cm long, to 1.5 cm wide. Flowers 3-5, to 8 cm wide, mostly cream with pinkish suffusions; autumn. Sepals lanceolate. Petals elliptic, broader than sepals. Labellum almost round, notched or blunt at tip.
