Ludisia discolor (Ker Gawl.) A.Rich.

Small terrestrial or epilith. Stems cylindrical, to 15 cm long, brittle. Leaves broadelliptic to heart-shaped, to 8 cm long, to 5 cm wide. Flowers to 2 cm wide, mostly white, anther cap yellow; autumn to winter. Sepals ovate. Petals oblong. Labellum deeply 2-lobed. Syn. Goodyera discolor Ker Gawl., Haemaria discolor (Ker Gawl.) Lindl.

China, SE Asia and Indonesia.
