Dendrobium harveyanum Rchb.f.

Medium sized epiphyte. Pseudobulbs spindle shaped, to 25 cm long, clustered. Leaves 2 or 3, oblong to ovate, to 11 cm long, to 3 cm wide. Flowers 2-6, to 5 cm wide, fragrant, bright yellow. Sepals lanceolate. Petals elliptic, margins deeply fringed, wider than sepals. Labellum entire, almost round, densely hairy, margins fringed with an orange throat; summer.

Burma,Thailand and Vietnam.
