Coelogyne fimbriata Lindl.

Medium sized epiphyte. Pseudobulbs ellipsoid or ovoid, to 2.5 cm long, well spaced. Leaves 2, oblong to elliptic, to 10 cm long, to 1.5 cm wide. Flowers 1-3, to 3.5 cm wide, pale yellow; autumn. Sepals lanceolate. Petals linear, narrower than sepals. Labellum 3-lobed, white to pale yellow with brown markings.

India, China and SE Asia.

C. speciosa Lindl. from Malaysia and Indonesia is a medium sized epiphyte with 1-leaved pseudobulbs, erect or arching 1?3 flowered racemes and yellow to salmon-pink flowers with brownish markings on the labellum.
