Black Parsley

Thick- and woody-stalked perennial herb mostly to about 1.5 m tall but up to 3 m. Leaves to about 40 cm long, the lobes lanceolate-ovate, to about 10 cm long and with saw-toothed margins. Leaf stalks swollen. Flower cluster rays 30-50; spring to summer. Fruit prolific, about 1.4 cm long.
