Pelargonium australe Willd.

Native Storksbill

Softly hairy perennial herb to 0.5 m tall, with a fleshy taproot. Leaves roundish, to 8 cm long, 7 cm wide, with 5-7 shallow, wavy and toothed lobes, stalk to over 10 cm long. Flower clusters of 4-12 flowers; late spring to early autumn. Flowers with spur to about 6 mm long. Petals pink, posterior petals with darker markings.

All Australian states except the NT.
