Pelargonium odoratissimum (L.) L'Hér.

Apple-scented Pelargonium

Trailing shrubby herb. Leaves pale green, rounded, to 4 cm wide, smelling of Granny Smith apples, margin scalloped. Flower cluster of several branches. Flowers white, the upper 2 petals veined red.

This is a Scented-leaf Pelargonium.

E and S Cape of S Africa

One of the parents of many hybrid cultivars.
