Boronia pinnata Sm.

Pinnate Boronia

Strongly aromatic small shrub to 1 m or so tall. Leaves pinnate with 5-11 narrowly elliptic to oblong leaflets. Flower clusters of 3-8 flowers; winter to early summer. Flowers bright purplish pink.

NSW

Double and colour variant forms are available including cream and pink.

 

B. thujona Penfold & Welch, Bronzy Boronia, from NSW has finely toothed leaflets.
