Orange Hawkweed

Perennial herb to 60 cm tall with leafy stolons above and below ground. Leaves elliptic to oblanceolate, to 20 cm long, to 5 cm wide, margins more or less entire, hairy. Capitula in dense clusters, to 2.5 cm across; summer. Florets orange to orange-red. [Hieracium aurantiacum L.]
