Prostrate or spreading herb with silvery grey hair. Basal leaves obovate to lyreshaped, 2-6 cm long, 0.5-2 cm wide, hairy; margins toothed. Stem leaves smaller. Flower clusters terminal or flowers solitary. Flower 1-1.5 cm long, hairy inside and out, yellow; spring to summer.
