Primrose Jasmine

Evergreen scrambling shrub 1-2 m tall. Branches square in section. Leaves opposite. Leaflets 3, mostly 3-6 cm long, lanceolate, glossy above, hardly stalked. Calyx lobes narrow and pointed, generally nearly as long as the tube. Flowers yellow, solitary, mostly 2-4.5 cm wide, on long stalks, often double. [J. primulinum Hemsl.]
