Prostanthera violacea R.Br.

Aromatic, narrow shrub to 2 m tall. Leaves more or less round, the margins irregular because variously recurved, about 2-5 mm long and wide, tip blunt. Flowers solitary in the leaf axils. Calyx tube about 2 mm long. Corolla 7-8 mm long, mauve to blue, the tip often whitish; spring.
