Darwinia taxifolia A.Cunn.

Erect or spreading shrub to about 1m tall. Leaves flattened, 5-12 mm long, 3-angled, blue-green, crowded. Flowers in clusters of 2-4(6), tubular, to about 1.5 cm long, white at first, becoming red; spring to early summer. Bracts leaf-like or triangular and papery.

Qld, NSW.

D. homoranthoides (F.Muell.) J. Black from SA has flowers to 3 cm long, creamy and green, erect at first.
