Dagger Hakea

Shrub to 3 m tall. Leaves crowded, cylindrical, to about 7 cm long, 2 mm wide, stiff and hairless. Flower clusters axillary, of about 6 flowers. Flowers white to yellow, hairy; late spring to early summer. Fruit narrowly ovoid, 2-3 cm long, tapering gradually to the tip and with 2 or more projections at the base of each valve.
