Yellow Hakea

Shrub to 2 m tall. Leaves to 5 cm long and about 2 mm wide, cylindrical or flattened. Flower clusters of 2-11 flowers. Flowers cream to deep yellow, hairless, highly fragrant; autumn to winter. Fruits ovoid to roundish, smooth to densely warted, to 3 cm or so long and wide, hardly beaked.

Used for screening and as a windbreak.
