Bossiaea obcordata (Vent.) Druce

Spiny Bossiaea

Stiff shrub to 2 m tall with flat, spiny branches. Leaves alternate, consisting of a single leaflet 3-6 mm long, widest towards the tip. Flowers about 1 cm long, either all yellow, or the keel and base of other petals brown; spring. Ovary stalkless, with mostly 4 ovules. Fruit pod ovate to obovate, 1-2 cm long.
