Wiry Bossiaea

Wiry straggling shrub to over 1 m tall. Leaves opposite, consisting of a single leaflet, ovate, 3-6 mm long with margins bent under. Flowers axillary, solitary, 0.5-1 cm long, the standard brownish outside, yellowish inside; spring to early summer.ovary stalked, containing 4-8 ovules. Fruit pod narrowly oblong, to 3 cm long.
