Stems to 50 cm or so long. Stem leaves clasping the stem and with uneven deep-cut lobes. Flowers 1-5, filaments red. Syn G. quellyon Sw.

Flowers yellow, double.

Geum chiloense 'Mrs Bradshaw'

Flowers brick red, double. G. _borisii Keller (g. bulgaricum _ g. reptans) is sometimes sold; it has brick red flowers but generally differs from 'Mrs Bradshaw' in having shaggy-haired leaf stalks.
