Saxifraga cespitosa L.

Low, tufted herb. Leaves about 1.5 cm long, 3-lobed. Flowers about 1 cm wide, with white petals.

Plants listed under this name may be S. exarata Vill. Note spelling of name (not the usual 'caespitosa').

S. rosacea Moench is listed and differs in having leaves with mostly 5 lobes.

N North America, N Eurasia.
