Rhododendron laetum J.J.Sm.

Shrub 1-2 m tall. Leaves mostly in whorls of 4-5 at the branch tips, mostly 5-9 cm long, 3-5 cm wide. Flowers mostly 6-8, sometimes fewer, broadly funnel-shaped, deep yellow becoming suffused with red, orange or salmon or pinkish, mostly 6-7 cm long. Stamens 10.
