Richea scoparia Hook.f.

Erect branching shrub to 3 m tall. Leaves persisting and turning brown on the plant, the tips with a pungent point. Flower clusters spike-like to 10 cm or so long. Flowers white to pink, orange or red, strong-smelling; summer.

Tas

Grows naturally in montane habitats. Cultivated in Tasmania.

Flowers in narrow, branched clusters; leaves spreading, persistent, less than 15 cm long.
