Rhizome erect, fleshy, covered with dark scales. Fronds usually divided twice, to over 1 m long, long-stalked, warty at the base. Blades without scales on the lower surface. Segments narrow with rounded teeth. Sori round. Indusia small with a few hairs.
Needs shelter and warmth.
