Southern Polypody

Rhizomes with scales to 1 cm or so long. Fronds mostly to 30 cm long; blade more or less ovate in outline, triangular at first, thin. Segments shorter towards the tip, generally toothed. Sori elliptic.

Can grow in cool areas.

S Europe, Mediterranean.
