Jasminum simplicifolium subsp. australiense P.S.Green

Evergreen scrambling shrub or climber. Leaves of 1 leaflet, ovate to lanceolate, 3-7 cm long and to 4 cm wide, glossy above. Flower clusters of 10-40 flowers, sometimes branched. Calyx lobes to 1 mm long. Flowers white, the tube to 1 cm long, with 5-8 lobes. [J. simplicifolium G. Forst. subsp. australiense P.S. Green]

J. suavissimum Lindl., Sweet Jasmine, from NSW and Qld differs in having linear to narrow-elliptic leaves and 7-8 flower lobes. [J. simplicifolium subsp. simplicifolium (Lindl.) P.S. Green]
