Rhizome short-creeping; scales brown to black. Blade to about 20 cm long, divided 3-4 times, finely dissected. Ultimate segments about 1 mm wide. Sori overlapping segment margins. Indusia absent. Can grow in cool areas.

Recognition: Finely-dissected small fronds, ultimate segments more or less linear; indusia absent.
