Herb with ovoid-spherical bulbs. Leaves 2, linear, basal, flat, longer than inflorescence. Inflorescence 5-20 cm, stem solid, spathe 1, umbel loose. Flowers numerous, 8-11 mm long, bell-shaped; spring to summer.Tepals rose-purple,midveins darker. Stamens shorter than tepals, united basally.
