Gomesa longipes (Lindl.) M.W.Chase & N.H.Williams.

Small epiphyte. Pseudobulbs ovoid, to 2.5 cm long, well spaced. Leaves 2?4, straplike, to 15 cm long, to 2 cm wide. Flowers 2?6, to 3.5 cm wide, mostly brownish, labellum yellow with brownish middle; spring. Sepals similar, spoon-shaped, laterals fused at base. Petals shorter and wider than sepals. Labellum 3-lobed, side lobes clawed, midlobe kidney-shaped, notched at tip, callus white.
