Mahonia oiwakensis

Erect, branched shrub. Leaves with more than 8 pairs of leaflets. Leaflets 1-2 cm wide, relatively narrow. Flowers in erect spikes 10-30 cm long; winter.

W China, Burma

M. nepaulensis DC. from the Himalaya is similar to M. lomariifolia Takeda but with leaflets much wider, 3-4.5 cm wide.
