Allium siculum

Herb with spherical to ovoid bulbs. Leaves 3-4, linear, stem-sheathing basally, strongly keeled, shorter than inflorescence. Inflorescence to 45 cm, spathe 1, umbel loose. Flowers 10-30, bell-shaped, pendulous, 15 mm long; spring to summer. Tepals white and greenish, flushed purple, red or pink.

Sometimes grown in gardens as a spring bulb.

subsp. bulgaricum (Janka) Stearn has tepals greenish white to greenish, yellow flushed pale pink to purple with white edges. [Allium bulgaricum Prodan]

subsp. siculum has tepals white with flesh pink to deep red and greenish bases.
