Veronica elliptica

Erect or spreading shrub to 1.5 m tall. Leaves spreading and sometimes turned to face in one direction, mostly 2-4 cm long, 8-15 mm wide, elliptic to oblong, leathery. Flower clusters lateral, of about 5-15 flowers. Flowers white to pale violet.
