Zieria cytisoides Sm.

Downy Zieria

Shrub to 3 m tall, the branches velvety-hairy. Leaves of 3 leaflets, the central one 1.5-4 cm long, 0.5-1.5 cm wide, velvety-grey below. Flower clusters of 3-30 flowers, shorter than the leaves; winter to spring. Petals to about 5 mm long, pink or white, hairy. Fruit segments velvety.

Z. aspalathoides Benth.,Whorled Zieria, from Qld, NSW and Vic grows to 1m tall, the central leaflet less than 1 cm long and flowers pale to deep pink.

Z. smithii Andrews, Sandfly Zieria from Qld, NSW and Vic is a shrub to 2 m tall with 7-60 white flowers per cluster.
